Who We Are
Lisa Paolo (she/her)
Property Manager
Lisa is the owner and is a licensed Property Manager for the state of Oregon. She have been managing residential properties for since 2016 and commercial properties since 2018, all in the Portland metro area. Prior to that she worked as a paralegal in real estate law and landlord/tenant law. The combination of this work experience gives her a unique advantage in being able to navigate the ever-changing property management industry. She takes her fiduciary responsibility to both the property owner and tenants very seriously and has worked hard to build a company atmosphere that is respectful and fair for all.
Kristine MacKenzie (she/her)
Leasing Coordinator
Kristine has been with the company for over a year and is the first person a new or prospective tenant will meet. Her unsurpassed customer service skills paired with her friendliness and organizational skills make her the perfect leasing coordinator and main contact for our tenants. In addition to handling viewings and lease signings/renewals, she is also the main contact for coordinating repair and maintenance needs, should they arise.
Shawn Morgan (he/him)
Legal and Compliance Specialist
Shawn is a licensed attorney, practicing law since 2007. His focus is on Real Estate and Landlord/Tenant law, primarily representing investors, developers, and landlords. In our company, he serves as project manager for larger renovations and our in-house compliance specialist, helping us navigate the ever-changing residential tenant laws throughout the state and within the city of Portland. Shawn is an active member of the community as a volunteer with the local neighborhood and business associations as well as board member of Innovative Housing, Inc., as affordable housing non-profit.

Calls are returned outside of these hours for emergency maintenance requests and scheduling viewings only.
Please note that our office is closed on all banking holiday.
Due to security issues in our neighborhood unfortunately do not have an after hours drop box. If you are unable to bring your rent payment or other items during the times stated above please contact our office to make arrangements.
